Functional Training

A movement is functional when it reflects everyday gestures and actions performed through the synergistic contraction of multiple muscle groups. The goal of this type of training is to develop a strong and harmonious body through exercises that simulate the natural functions it was built for. Being functional means being reactive, agile, fast, flexible, and coordinated, thanks to the acquisition of new motor patterns through multiple and progressively more challenging movement experiences. Functional training is a 360° workout that, due to its characteristics, stimulates deep musculature, creates stabilization, prevents many injuries, and strengthens the joints.
